Privacy notice

This notice explains how At Your Service Residential and Commercial Cleaning Inc. (“AYS Cleaning”) handles information you submit through the quote request form on this website.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and any optional location or details you choose to provide.

Why we keep it

Submitted information is retained so we can follow up on your quote request, answer questions about your cleaning needs, and confirm whether we can serve your location. We do not treat a quote request as permission to send marketing messages, and we do not sell your information.

Email delivery

On our Netlify-hosted website, quote requests are processed and stored through Netlify Forms so we can respond to your enquiry. Authorized recipients may also receive your request by email when submission notifications are enabled. For urgent enquiries, please call or email us directly.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us at atyourservicercc@gmail.com or (250) 522-0223.
